Ask me anything
A one-hour Zoom call where you can ask me anything to do with lactation, nutrition or your baby's sleep. This service is suited to those who i have worked with before, or who need advice with troubleshooting a sleep issue (e.g nap transitions) or guidance on an aspect of breastfeeding, such as weaning or expressing.
Newborn/prenatal
A 90-minute Zoom call before your baby arrives where you where you will learn about the science of newborn sleep, how it differs from adult sleep and how to safely support healthy, restorative sleep when your little one gets here. Whether you're a first-time parent or have been through it all before and want to know how to fit naps around your older children, after our call you will feel better prepared and ready for the arrival of your newborn! We'll have a Q&A session at the end where you will be able to ask me any questions you have about newborn sleep, care and feeding.
