Baby massage classes.
The bond, in your hands.
A four-week IAIM-accredited course for parents and babies 0 to crawling. Indian and Swedish techniques with elements of reflexology and yoga — and a calm, weekly hour to slow down and feel close to your baby in the middle of new-parent life.
Three families I see most.
Each starts in a different place. Most of you will see yourself in one of them — but the course is built to flex around whichever you are.
You've just had a baby and want something for the two of you.
Massage is gentle, evidence-led contact that helps with feeding, sleep and bonding — and gets you out of the house once a week.
Reflux, colic or unsettled evenings.
Specific routines help with digestion and wind. Most parents notice a difference within a session or two.
You want a calm weekly anchor with other parents.
Once your baby is mobile we adapt — and you get a quiet, small group of Dubai parents at the same stage as you.
Six things you'll actually be able to do.
Learn a complete head-to-toe baby massage routine you can use at home.
Use targeted strokes for wind, reflux, constipation and unsettled evenings.
Recognise your baby's communication cues and respond to them confidently.
Build a calm, predictable wind-down routine for sleep.
Meet a small group of Dubai parents at the same stage as you.
Four weeks. Roughly this shape.
Each session has a focus, but they're cumulative — week 4 wouldn't make sense without week 1. The topics flex with your cohort's questions.

Next cohorts. Twelve seats each.
Each cohort runs four consecutive weeks at the same venue. Pick the one that works for your due date or your sleep deficit — I don't mind which.
Lisa Adair, IBCLC.
I'm a paediatric NICU nurse of 20+ years, a Board-certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC #L-314181), and a Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I've personally supported over 1,400 Dubai families since opening the practice — and I teach every session of every course myself. No TAs, no franchise.
Every seat gets all of this.
The honest answers.
Don't see your question? WhatsApp Lisa — usually answered within a few hours.
WhatsApp LisaWhat if my baby cries or feeds through the class?
Both are expected and welcome. You massage what you can, when you can — it isn't a test. Most weeks at least one baby naps through the whole hour.
Can I bring my partner or my nanny?
Yes, either is welcome at no extra cost — though only one of you can massage the baby at a time.
What do I need to bring?
Just your baby, a change of clothes, and a snack/bottle for after. We supply oil and mats.
What if we miss a week?
I'll send a short catch-up video so you don't fall behind. Two missed weeks and we'll roll you over to the next cohort.
Full refund up to 7 days before the first class. After that, transferable to a later cohort at no charge.
One free transfer to a later cohort within 6 months — just let me know.
If I cancel a class, we'll add a make-up session at the end of the cohort.
