The Scottish Soul Sister

Nikki is an award winning Parent & Maternal Mental Health Coach, Speaker and creator of the Stepping Into Parenthood digital resource. Author of Homebird, she specialises in Maternal mental Health.

Hi, I’m Nikki, the founder of The Scottish Soul Sister. I support parents to gain the confidence and clarity to cut through the noise and overwhelm to raise their family on their own terms.

Living in four countries outside of my home of Scotland shaped me both personally and professionally to bring you an honest, humorous approach with no sugarcoating and no scaremongering.

My own experience of Post Partum Depression and Anxiety when my son was born in 2017 was the catalyst to becoming a coach, speaker, author of Homebird and creator of the award winning digital resource Stepping Into Parenthood. Guiding you to meet your own Six Human Needs with Simple, Sustainable Selfcare.

Soulful support for the messy, beautiful reality of parenthood.

Nikki offers an online guide, as well as online coaching sessions and an informativeInstagram. She creates and holds a safe space free of prejudice or judgement to allow you to give oxygen to any challenges you may be currently facing or to simply identify areas of your life you would like to optimise. Upon booking your session(s), Nikki will invite you to explore and identify the best strategies to create a foundation of clarity and organisation using simple, sustainable tools that when implemented can have a massive impact of your daily life and overall sense of wellbeing.
